A personalized approach to healing
Homeopathy is a holistic system of medicine that works with your body's natural capacity to heal. Rather than suppressing symptoms, it seeks to understand the underlying patterns of imbalance and stimulate a gentle, lasting return to health.
This approach recognises that each person is unique. Two people with similar symptoms may need entirely different remedies, because what matters most is the individual experience—physical, emotional, and mental—that shapes your health.
Homeopathy can work safely alongside conventional medical treatment, offering a complementary path toward wellbeing that honours your whole self.
Who I help
My practice welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds. I have a particular interest in supporting women through the significant transitions of life—from fertility and conception, through pregnancy and childbirth, into the rhythms of menstruation and eventually the passage through menopause. These are times when homeopathy can offer profound, gentle support.
I also work with children, whose vitality often responds beautifully to homeopathic treatment, and with men seeking to address both acute concerns and deeper patterns of health. Whatever brings you to consider homeopathy—whether a specific condition, a sense of general unwellness, or simply curiosity—you are welcome here.

How consultations work
I see clients in person at my practice in Wexford, where the unhurried pace of consultation allows for the kind of deep conversation that homeopathy requires.
For those who cannot attend in person, I also offer online consultations via video call. This has allowed me to work with clients across Ireland and internationally, bringing the same attentive care to people wherever they are.
After your consultation, I take time to carefully analyse your case and select the remedy that best matches your unique pattern. You'll receive your prescription along with clear instructions on how to take it. For online consultations, remedies can be posted to you or collected from a local homeopathic pharmacy.

This varies greatly depending on the nature of your concern and your individual constitution. Acute conditions often respond quickly, sometimes within hours or days. Yes. Many people use homeopathy as a complement to conventional care. Homeopathic remedies do not interact with pharmaceutical medications, so they can be used safely together. You should always continue to follow your doctor's advice and inform them of any complementary treatments you are using.
